AN UNBIASED VIEW OF SAHTE ECZANE

If it is the other way up around the decrease facet of your dial like the majority of the clock instead of typical (IV/IIII,V, VI and so on) engraved in the dial. Will anyone enlighten me over it? I ordered a clock where by I discover the orientation is just not the wrong way up inside the dial and if that's not the proper oriention I'll return it.
